Work that is running, not just delivered.

A short list, described plainly: the problem, the system we built, and where it stands today. We name clients only with their permission, so some are described rather than named.

Custom software, for a community organisation in Mumbai

KRIPIX: an entry system for large community events

Problem
Entry to community events had to be quick at the gate, hard to misuse, and easy to count afterwards, including at venues where the mobile network is unreliable.
System
Registration with QR passes, a scanner that runs on phones at the gate and keeps working when the venue network drops, an admin desk for organisers, a guest portal and printable tickets.
Outcome
Live at kripix.in and used at real events. Twelve production releases between July and September 2026, each with a written record. Backups are restored and checked in rehearsal, not just taken.

Automation, for a travel company in Mumbai

A content pipeline that publishes by itself

Problem
Travel listings for the company website were written, formatted and uploaded one at a time by staff.
System
A pipeline that gathers source content, uses AI to rewrite and format it in the company’s style, adds dates and details, and publishes straight to their WordPress site.
Outcome
Delivered and running on a schedule. After setup, publishing needs no manual work.

Website and custom software, for a dance studio

A studio website with the daily operations behind it

Problem
The studio needed more than a brochure site. Classes, student records, workshop sign-ups and studio rental requests all had to be managed somewhere.
System
A public website, with student operations and a studio rental workflow behind it: requests come in, the owner confirms them on a calendar and sends the customer a ready-written WhatsApp message.
Outcome
Delivered and live. The studio owner manages it day to day, and we maintain it on request.

Our own product

Bizzphlo: follow-up software for small businesses

Problem
We kept meeting the same issue in different businesses: customers lost because nobody followed up, and no affordable tool that fit how Indian SMEs actually work.
System
One place for customers, deals, tasks and WhatsApp conversations, with a daily list of what needs attention and automations for the routine follow-ups.
Outcome
In active development and being rolled out business by business, starting with a version for optical stores. More about Bizzphlo.
